Thank you to Indy Parks and Fans!

Thanks to Indy Parks, George Benn and the team, and all of the kind folks of Indianapolis, our fans, friends, and families for coming out last night to support our FIRST outdoor, all ages gig at Broad Ripple Park in Indiana. The skies stayed dry for us, though the mosquitoes were irritated, but the Friday the 13th evening turned out to be a true delight with two hours of original music. Fans brought their kids, some of which dance along to the music, including one cute little bald baby. People walked their dogs, joked around, and we all sang along to songs like “All Your Tomorrows” and the cover of Tori Amos’ “Cornflake Girl.”

Thank you for supporting local music! If you want to go to more free, all ages summer concerts this year at Broad Ripple Park, see the full schedule (featuring such acts as the very talented and up-and-coming Slothpop) here: http://www.indy.gov/eGov/City/DPR/Programs/Arts/Documents/2011ConcertsAd2_final_lr.pdf

Peace!
